How couch and mattress removal works

1. Send photos. The couch, mattress, or both, plus the room or alley they are in. Include the community.
2. Get the price. Quoted by the space they take in the truck. Labour, loading, and dump fees are included.
3. We do the lifting. Stairs, tight hallways, and upper-floor suites are normal. We protect floors on the way out.
4. We haul it. The items leave with us. We sweep the spot before we go.

You do not need to drag them to the curb. A couch in a second-floor suite or a mattress in the basement stays where it is until we carry it. Outdoor and garage jobs can often run without you home if access is confirmed.

Photo estimates are confirmed on site. Stairs, a long carry from an upper floor, or a tight elevator can add to the number. We flag that before loading. The quote you approve is the price unless the pile is larger than the photos showed.
