Standard Calgary residential collection assumes a typical single-family load. Extra adults, kids, or a legal secondary suite change that math. Bags end up on the ground, in the garage, or beside the alley bin. We take those extra loads so the regular bins stay usable and the property stays clear of loose garbage.

1. Send photos. Bags, overflowing bins, or a pile in the garage or alley. Include the community.
2. Get the volume price. Labour, loading, and dump fees are included. You approve it before we touch anything.
3. We load it. Loose bags, full bins we can empty, and related household clutter go on the truck.
4. We haul it and sweep. The spot is left clear. We do not leave bags for the next city day.

You do not need to drag everything to the curb first. Alley, driveway, garage, or side-yard piles are normal. Outdoor jobs can often run without you home if access is confirmed in the booking.

Same volume pricing as our other Calgary junk removal. You pay for the space the bags and items take in the truck. A few extra bags is a small load. A garage full of weeks of overflow is larger. Photos let us quote before we arrive.

Stairs, a long carry from a back lane, or extra sorting can change the number. We confirm on site before loading. No trip fee is added after you approve the quote unless the pile is bigger than the photos showed.

Do you empty the city bins?

We take the extra bags and any overflow that will not fit. We can empty bins we can safely tip if that is part of the agreed load. Tell us what you want moved.

Is this only for houses with suites?

No. Any household whose regular collection cannot keep up can book. Suites are a common reason, but not the only one.

Do I have to be home?

Not always. Alley, driveway, and garage piles can often be done with confirmed access. Say so when you book.
